As the weather slowly begins to turn, it’s important that you take a good look at your skincare routine to determine whether you need to do anything different. After all, the winter temperatures and harsh elements can end up wreaking havoc with your skin if you’re not careful. You still need SPF in winter!

While the sun certainly isn’t as strong during the winter months, it’s still there and it can still have an impact on your skin. UVB decreases in winter but UVA levels are still enough to age your skin.

Incorporate SPF into your skincare routine easily by looking for SPF on the packaging. While you don’t necessarily have to put sun cream on, most beauty products will include some level of protection if they have SPF in them.
