Returning An Item

Step 1) Complete the form below to notify us that you intend to return your item(s).

Step 2) Complete the returns form that arrived in the box with your order. If you can't locate your returns form then please click the button to download one.

1) All items must be returned in its original packaging with the security seal/cellophane unbroken & must be within 60 days of receiving your item(s). 

2) Unfortunately, we are unable to cover postage costs of returning an unwanted item(s) at this time.

3) We recommend using a tracked service to return your item(s).

Once the item(s) have arrived safely back at our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected by our customer care team & you will be notified that your refund has been issued. 

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
