Unscrew the cap on the bottle. Remove the stopper. Insert by turning the bottle cap. Place the rattan sticks into the bottle. Wash hands after handling. Recommended use is reversing the sticks once a week.

If you place an order after 4:30pm on Friday afternoon, this will be processed and shipped on the following Monday morning. The warehouse will also be closed on Bank Holidays unless otherwise stated, so orders will be shipped out the next business day.

High Volume Orders

Due to Royal Mail shipping restrictions we can only ship 600ml of perfume/aftershave in one package, therefore orders that contain more than 600ml will be shipped via Parcel Force.

Missing Parcel Claims

If your parcel goes missing with one of our logistics partners, please get in touch with our customer service team.
